Diagnosis: Male Factor due to Anti-sperm Antibodies (ASAs)
Me, 30; DH, 31
TTC since 7/1999
Diagnostic Tests:
CD 21 (in my case day 24) progesterone test: 10.8 (dr. wanted above 9.5 to verify ovulation and linning to support pregnancy)
Results of 4/27 SA:
Count: 58.2 million
18% motility
Positive for Anti-Sperm Antibodies 37% IgA and IgG tail and head binding.
Recommend dilution of sample and washing for insemintation.
Urology apt. 4/24:
Detected small left varicocele will request ultrasound.
Variococele not likely cause of IF.
Aglutination of sperm due to Anti-sperm Antibodies suspected – request new SA with ASA testing.

clumping issue – recommend antibody testing – scheduled Urology appt. on 4/24
