So sorry for the inconvenience! WordPress is just really limited for free blogs. If you want a paid-for, commercial blog it is probably better but it allows very little customization if you aren’t running it on your own host. I’m not looking to make money with my blog (ad free) so I don’t want to pay for it either. Blogger allows much more customization and open source widget development! Anyways, big apology for the change but I hope you’ll follow. I will be adding a forward eventually…

Kathy, no I didn’t keep my statistics. That’s why I decided to “buy” ($10 for a year) the url http://www.babydustdiaries.com so I can use Google Analytics. I’ve wanted to leave wordpress for a while but I couldn’t figure out how to get my posts AND comments over to blogger without cuting and pasting. I finally found a converter program that was free. If you are interested I’ll find that link and post it. Or maybe I’ll blog about this over on the new site.
For what it is worth, blogger has much more customization that you have to pay WordPress for.

Ok, I’m curious about this — when you move to blogger, do you retain all your information and hits and everything? I popped over to Blogger and saw that you’ve got all the posts and comments — do you keep your stats, too?
I like WordPress, but I’ve thought about going to Blogger, but didn’t want to lose all the work I’ve put into it so far, with building my statistics and stuff.
